Super organised, these retreats wouldn't function without her.

She is always one step ahead thinking about what needs to be done, where people need to be, finding the right villa, hotels to suit our needs. She's also super fit and never afraid to get stuck in and help with workouts or giving advice, helping out in the kitchen, getting you 

Super organised, these retreats wouldn't function without her.

She is always one step ahead thinking about what needs to be done, where people need to be, finding the right villa, hotels to suit our needs. She's also super fit and never afraid to get stuck in and help with workouts or giving advice, helping out in the kitchen, getting you mentally prepared to climb that mountain that looks impossible to climb.  She is a mental health first aider, her ears are never to busy to listen and her shoulders are never to small to carry your worries, and has a big heart of gold.

She loves a good sweat, enjoys fitness with a passion. Loves to keep active as she recognises the impact it has on the body and mind. Releasing endorphins plays a big part with mental health, strengthening and stretching plays its part in keeping the muscles and bones healthy.  

Manisha is our Personal Trainer and class instructor, she is 

She loves a good sweat, enjoys fitness with a passion. Loves to keep active as she recognises the impact it has on the body and mind. Releasing endorphins plays a big part with mental health, strengthening and stretching plays its part in keeping the muscles and bones healthy.  

Manisha is our Personal Trainer and class instructor, she is very knowledgeable when it comes to different types of workouts such as body weight, weight training, resistant band training, pre and post natal, boxing, TRX, HIIT, tabata and trigger point sessions to name a few.  

She also loves a good chat so don't be shy to strike up a conversation.
