Need something to look forward to and get geared up for?
Are you ready for a challenge?
Do you love the great outdoors?
During lockdown you went on a few hikes, climbed some hills and now you are thinking "I am ready to climb a real Mountain!" Then look no further.
Scafell Pike in Cumbria is one of the highest mountains in England, the summit sits 978 meters high above sea level and boy what a sight it is when you reach up there.
You walk passed beautiful streams of water, climb a few rocks, huffing and puffing to catch a breathe and then look up and see the gorgeous blue sky and someone whispers "you are so focused on walking and walking to get to the summit but once in a while don't forget to look behind you" then you turn around to see the beautiful hills and paths you've just climbed and all of a sudden you are filled with warmth and emotions you cannot explain, and you turn around and power on again to continue your climb to the summit.
You are feeling anxious, not sure if your body is ready to take on the challenge of climbing a mountain.
Take a breathe. Deep breath in Deep breath out. Lay on your yoga mat listen to the sound vibrations of the gong bowl your yogi is playing. Take in the stretches and flexibility she teaches you. Tell yourself you can do it and you will get up that mountain no Sweat!
Still not sure We will help you reach the summit, we will be with you every step of the way.
